HRC Partially Covered Intestinal Stent

Indication – For application in palliative treatment of small bowel stricture caused by malignant tumours and temporary, post-surgical management of Crohns disease. CE marked for benign structures – removal within 7 days of placement recommended.

  • 40mm distal cup to reduce migration

  • 20mm stent diameter allows a progressive dilation

  • Partially covered inside to limit migration

  • Two proximal lassos to aid accurate re-positioning and retrieval

  • Stent removal using proximal lasso to pull the stent ‘inside out’

  • Atraumatic ends

  • Re-loadable delivery device up to 70% to aid accurate re-positioning

  • No water provided – Using detergent concentrate rather than pre-made detergent is lightweight, reducing transport costs.  Less packaging material reduces the waste stream
