Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD)

Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) is an endoscopic resection technique that enables reliable en bloc resection of large (usually more than 2cm) and difficult gastrointestinal lesions.

  • ESD Knife – Needle tip for controlled and precise incision and dissection
  • ESD Knife Insulated Ball Tip – Variable setting of cutting length for minimal risk of invasion of deeper tissue
  • ESD Knife Insulated Dome Tip – Variable setting of cutting length for minimal invasion of deeper tissue. Dome shape can lift tissue post cautery.
  • ESD Knife Insulated Triangle Dome Tip – Variable setting of cutting length for simple white area dissection.
  • ESD Knife Hook Tip – Incision and dissection longitudinal and lateral direction. Hook can cut and raise mucosa in pulling technique to remove.
  • ESD Knife Triangle Tip – For marking, incision and dissection. Triangle can cut in any direction. Ideal for hemostatsis of smaller bleeds.
  • ESD Knife Universal Tip – Variable cutting length in any direction for marking, incision and dissection.
